How is this possible?

Titletown Relocation Services receives a commission for putting you in touch with ERA Titletown, our parent company. We'll split it with you...meaning you'll receive a percentage* of your home's purchase price back after closing...in cash, so you can spend or save it as you see fit. [ New appliances anyone? ]

And yes, if you're buying and selling through ERA Titletown, you can get the refund for both transactions! We always appreciate customer loyalty, so why shouldn't you?

Do I have to work with a specific agent?

Absolutely not! You can request any ERA Titletown agent, or, if the options are too daunting, we can recommend one for you. You can view the complete listing HERE (with links to individual agent pages, for deeper insight).

How do I get started?

If your company is already enrolled in the program (see list at right) just give us a call before you list your home or begin your search. We'll take care of you from there.

If your company does not yet offer this benefit, kindly mention it to your HR department and notify us that you're interested in learning more (we're always open to extending the reach of this benefit).

*Refund as a percentage of home sale/purchase price depends upon several factors, including the brokers involved in the transaction and the specific contract held between employer and Titletown Relocation Services. Suffice it to say, though, that the program refunds no less than half of our commission to the enrolled employee after closing.
